Samsung members notification

Am I the only one or ever since I updated my phone to one ui 4 I stopped getting any sort of notifications on this app, I checked if the notifications was on for this app and it was. So I dont know what to do.

Works as it should on mine.

Ya I did there all turned on

My notification works. That's how I know an update is available, or for some other Notice
