Sim change sprint to T-Mobile

Yesterday I updated my sim from sprint to T-Mobile and now I can't access the Samsung members app and it says my phone is not registered.   How can I fix this?

Go to a browser https://www.samsung.com/us/account/signin/ see if you can sign in to your members acct. Then you can see if it's an acct issue or app

Ah, I guess so. Have you tried going to the app info on your phone and clearing cache/data. If not maybe uninstall and reinstall the app.

Bummer. You need someone smarter than me then. Good luck. There are more forums on the samsung site that aren't beta related. Maybe someone has had that issue and posted a fix.
