I'm trying to do an update for my phone (back down to android 11) using smart switch on my Galaxy book go PC. Smart switch works and it recognizes the phone..it even has the update ready to install. When I click to do that, it comes up with a box that says "configuring software update environment" and gets stuck there. Does anyone know a fix for this. I did updates for my computer.. I Uninstalled and reinstalled smart switch, and updated it. My wifi signal is strong. I restarted my phone and my computer. If anyone has any ideas let me know please. Thanks!
