Smart switch won't let me downgrade to android 11

Hello 

The smart switch app on my windows 11 PC won't let me downgrade to android 11. 

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I did not back up before upgrading and I have read multiple troubleshooting tips to no avail.

After you withdraw from the Beta program download or update to the latest smart switch app and connect phone, after you withdraw from the program it can take up to 72 hours before you can see the downgrade option in smart switch, also keep in mind that by downgrading to Android 11 this will factory reset your phone and you will loose everything you didn't backup before

It may take up to 72 Hrs for smart switch to show the downgrade button. 

Please contact the nearest Samsung Service Center for assistance with downgrading the device. To locate the nearest Service Center, please call 1-800-726-7864.
