Stable one UI 4 unlocked S20

I have been seeing people on reddit get the stable one UI 4 update. Is the stable one UI 4 update released for the s20 will I get it ota?

One UI 4 stable release hasnt been released for SE devices either in or not in beta program.  Once available, it would be a FOTA update similar to beta updates to official software.
