T mobile and beta

Why is it t mobile customers are having the worst luck with the beta. I have only seen a couple other carriers with small issues. I have a Verizon sim card and the only issue is the notifications and toggles

I think you are seeing it primarily on T-Mobile (at least for US customers) because Verizon and AT&T haven't opened the beta to their customers as I have heard it.

I have an unlocked phone with a Verizon sim card and only had the notification bug. The one where you click on it and the panel goes away
