this happened to any of you? It says that the Samsung system is locating me and I tried everything, even restoring the phone as new, and that green icon still appears. ????

This happens anytime you open the phone after it being off for a while or an app refreshes. It's not samsung doing it. It's one of your apps in the background refreshing your location. It's not that concerning very normal. Those green icons come up when opening the camera or location. It was done so the user knows more about what the device is doing in the background.
