Looking to see if any of the samsung moderators will get some answers from samsung. Would it be a issue if trading in my watch 4 for watch 5 but the watch 4 still has the beta software? Service center is hours away so that won't work
I'm sure it'll be fine since the Samsung Reps will most likely be able to downgrade the software back to its stable release. Since there's no disclaimer regarding whether you're allowed to trade in products on beta software or not, you'll be completely fine trading in your Galaxy Watch4. I really hope you enjoy the Galaxy Watch5, it's a tempting purchase for that sapphire display.
