Transfer Watch to New Phone

I often switch between phones and would like to see how One UI 8 works on my Pixel phone. Is transferring to a new phone supported on the beta release? I see the option but don't know if it'll work on a non-Samaing phone and if I'll be able to transfer it back.

Thank you for your feedback.

As long as your Pixel phone has all the Watch Beta apps installed (Wearable manager, Health Beta), then transferring your Watch 7 to Pixel should not be a problem. Please also note that Samsung Account is required to log back into your Beta program. 

If you encounter any issues throughout the transfer process or reset > connect to new phone, please submit an error report via Samsung Members app (Beta Feedback).

Unfortunately, if you reset your watch & unable to reconnect like me, you can't submit Beta Feedback unless connected to the watch. ๐Ÿ˜ž What do I do then? ...I had to go into my S22U to General>Reset>Reset WiFi & Bluetooth Settings, after that my watch thinks my phone is new. ...I tries multiple timea to "transfer to a new phone" that had errora at the end, so I did a reset on the watch & tried pairing. It goes through all the steps correctly, until approving the Google account & authorizing Google data collection, then it gives an error: "couldn't setup watch an error has occured try again." I've rebooted my phone, uninstalled Wear app & reinstalled. Not sure what else to do. ๐Ÿ˜ž

I had that issue also. I solved it by setting back up on phone I had prior to the error. Then using the reset watch option in the wear app instead of in settings>reset on watch. Everything went smooth after that.
