Transition from outer screen to inner screen lag

After oneui 8 beta I noticed when either going from outer to inner screen or the other way around there is a lag before the display shows something , when I open the phone is just a black screen for a few seconds everytime.

Things i have done:

- I have disabled must of the goodluck modules to rule a plug in out,

- reboot into recovery mode and clear cache.

- clear cache of oneui and settings inside the apps list.

Maybe will be fixed with future updates?

New beta update,the delay is better but not as quick as it should. Almost there

I've noticed the same. Deleted a ton of apps. Tried all of the methods of listed. Glad to hear it's not just me!! 🤙🤙

On my Fold6 it seems to slowly be taking more and more time to display the screen, but only when folding or unfolding.

UPDATE - I started playing around with the settings for the display where you can continue on the front screen or not and I notice it works much faster if I have turned that feature off or use the one where you swipe up to keep the app you're using on the full screen when you shut the screen. There is only a very short delay now rather than seeing a totally black screen whichever way you're opening or closing before it finally comes up with what you should be seeing.
