USB-C storage not recognized on Note20 Ultra 5G but is on 9+

I having trouble with my Note20 Ultra 5G recognizing a USB-C storage but I is being recognized by my 9+. Can anyone help please.

Was this after a beta installation?

Still can try clearing cache and repair apps on the boot menu. Best of luck!

I just found out no more then two weeks ago. Not sure when it stopped working. I can disconnect the card reader and directly plug it into my S9+ and it reads it right away. Haven't had time to try the boot menu yet. I will soon and will update here after.
