Unable to download plugin

Unable to get the Plugin on either my Z-Fold 3 or S22 Ultra. Returns "Unauthorized" error message.

Likely due to this?  I kept getting the same message and reread the entire notice only to find this at the very end. Looks like it'll roll out 2June.
