Is anyone else getting the issue where, when reporting an error and the log starts generating, the log never finishes generating?

I've left it running for a few hours and the log never finishes, so I'm unable to attach any logs to my error reports.

I had this issue where it kept running and didn't really log, I used the device care closed out the apps, cleared the cache, then turned off the phone and went to the bootloader screen and cleared the cache there again, it helped it from there

be careful not to factory reset
