Why when I try to click the galaxy watch 4 classic link to download the beta galaxy watch 4 manager I get an error saying a am not allowed to participate or the beta period has ended?

I got that one earlier today when I did the same process for my watch 5 pro, I just rebooted my phone, and cleared cache on both members and Galaxy Store samsung apps, tried again and it did worked.

I also saw some youtube reviews stating that it was due to not having the beta software on your watch, but I did managed to install it without even having the one ui 6 downloading for my watch.

somehow the beta update for the watch does not appear for me.

So probably it will be worth trying to first install one ui watch 6 once you are on the beta tester program, and then downloading the watch manager plugin and the health app afterwards.

Thank you for participating on Beta program. 

As @RedJoker mentioned, try to download Galaxy Beta software (Manager and Health) after rebooting phone > clear cache on Samsung Members app (As this triggers the server to recognize your Beta participation) > Close Samsung Members App> Download Beta software (Selecting "Participate" should direct you to the Beta Store>  After installing Beta apps, update your Watch firmware.
