Update ALL watch apps from phone

I would like to be able to update ALL watch 6 apps from the phone. If you can do it now, how do you update all watch apps from phone. I am able to update ALL from the watch.

You can set your Watch app updates on Google Play store as automatic or manual. 

Google Playstore > Settings > Auto-update apps or Automatic app Install depending on your preference.
