Hi, will the carrier unlocked Verizon s23 ultra get it's update from Verizon or directly from Samsung?

Samsung? Samsung doesn't push updates unless you are talking about the Beta program. Your Carrier pushes the updates

the update will come from Verizon once I get done putting their fairy dust in it it'll be all good just have patience grasshopper
