Verizon voicemail

I click on my voicemail icon and phone tells me it's not installed.

I had the same issue, I went to where all my main apps was and it worked.

Since both of you are correct! I tried removing the icon from my home screen folder. Then re-added it, and now the icon works!

I fixed mine by clearing the app cache then launching from the app drawer, not the home screen shortcut. Not really sure if the cache-delete fixed it (maybe it was a glitch on first launch?) But it works now.

The problem came back. I fixed it completely by deleting the home screen shortcut and recreating it.
