Vibrate not working

Whenever I receive any notification when the phone is not to vibrate it comes in silent. Any fix for this?

Thank you for your feedback.

If the device is set to "silent", there will be no vibrate sound for incoming notifications even if the notification sound is set to vibrate.  

If your device is not set to silent and there is no sound for notifications, please submit an error report using the Samsung Members app.
