When turning up or down the volume from either my buds or phone, the volume on the buds stays the same in both high or low. I've already checked for updates, reinstalled wearable app, and cleared the cache and data from the app with no success. Is anyone having this issue or have a solution?

I think I have experienced the problem you are describing. My problem was with Samsung's Sound Assistant app. I had to uninstall it and restart my device before I could control the volume on my buds plus
