Weird dark line

Anyone else have this dark line at the top of their screen or is it just me?

Status Bar shading. I run Dark Mode (including Force Dark Mode in Developer Options), so normally don't see it

However, I do have 2-3 apps that force their color, so I'll see the shade. For example, the Nest app will reveal it:

Are you using any Good Lock modification to customize your status bar ? Try running device in safe mode and see if the same issue happens.

I don't know how to put it in safe mode or to take it out of safe mode, after I installed the beta that's how it's been.
