Some people are saying that Beta 9 is the stable version, while others are saying that it's rolling out in certain regions. I don't know what's going on.
Another thing, if Beta 9 IS the stable version, then it sure doesn't look stable to me.
Beta 9 ended up being the same as stable. The identifiers are the same. But if you've not received a notification to update to stable, you're still on beta. The U.S. has not received the update yet.
You will be notified that the stable is available just like you did for the beta versions.
Don't get confused. They are saying stable version rolling out is basically the beta 9 we received. Meaning we still get rolled over to stable but don't expect any changes, the update will just take you off beta.
I haven't received it yet too. The rare thing is that all youtubers/ influencer are making videos about it, including the ones from USA that I follow...
Using Samsung wallet is the perfect work around during a beta. After you have the final version of Android 14, you'll have the option to go back to Google Pay or Wallet.
Beta 9 sucked for me. The battery sucked, animations are still poor, several bugs with 3 seconds of screen freezing on several system UI elements. If developers are calling this stable then🤦:male_sign:.
