What us this "people is running" thing

On my notifications it's saying people is runnjng on my 2nd beta update, I can't stop it or turn it off, or find out what it is? Otherwise what the heck is it?

Other users have reported this issue.  To fix this issue, de-select the People app in the Edge panel settings.

If the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
