Apple is so smooth.. i remember when i used to keep multiple apps open and phone would still run smooth.

Samsung - i just have 3 apps open and one of them is maps..it is just ridiculously slow and it doesnt feel smooth to my eyes. Feels like rip off for 1200$ phone

I know some will argue that you should not use multiple apps but those of you who want to argue on that just use apple for a day in your life and you will know what i am talking about. I just want samsung to be there ahead of the game i love android phonessssssss

Interestingly, I haven't experienced this, and I regularly keep at least six apps open at once. If you haven't restarted in a while or optimized your apps with Good Guardians's Galaxy App Booster, you might experience frame drops like that.

Like the other comments, this could be do to background app usage, and not cleaning out the RAM. Alternatively, your processing speed could be set to optimized (the lowest option), so it could be limiting the performance in favor of power consumption and phone temperature.

I also keep tend to keep 3 apps open once in a while (pop up view) with a few more in never sleep and like blazeBark I haven't seen notable performance drops.

I do regulate which apps are in sleep and deep sleep with device care > battery > background usage limits though.

I noticed that when I put them all in never sleep so the app store updaters detect them, I drop many frames though. Maybe you could explore background usage limits.

Although I only put that effort to learn it because I know I'm probably pushing most phones doing my tasks.

Huh? I've had twenty-plus apps open at once. No drop in speed, performance, etc.
I have regular optimized performance. Middle of the road setting. Don't have a battery saver on.
Also try RAM PLUS in settings. Literally, have tons of apps open and can toggle to any app and go to right where I left off without a refresh.
