Why can't I provide Beta feedback on my phone?

When I want to provide feedback on the Beta version, it will remind me to update the Beta version software in the settings, but I already have the latest Beta version software, but I still can't provide feedback. It still reminds me that I can only provide feedback after updating. This is something I don't understand.
