Why would my phone no longer be Google Play certified?

Google Play Store shows that my S21 ultra is not certified. I checked yesterday after I upgraded to the new beta. When I got the phone it was certified, but that was June 2021.

Android13 Beta isn't verified, some apps won't update because they require it to be certified to google Android 13 stable, Android 12 or lower.
