I use water enhancers to drink more water, but even so, my a1c went down every time I had it tested. I eat trail mixes with dried fruit and I know that's not good. I need to exercise more. I do little to nothing.
Yeah I only did body weight stuff like push-ups sit-ups dips etc. Start super slow if you have to. Even 2 or 3 more a day makes a difference. Eventually you'll make noticeable progress!
