cannot connect to server

I am trying to connect to update server to download beta 3 and keeps telling "cannot connect to server after about 5 min of it trying to. Is he just busy or down?

Try downloading directly from your mobile data connection and not wifi if you are connected to wifi.. Seemed my t-mobile connection had 1st priority

After about 5 or 6 tries, it worked.

Maybe it was pulled? I see a lot of reports of folders, wallpaper settings, and other things not working

I was able to finally download Beta 3, but the update is doing the same thing again. Cannot connect to server
