I joined the beta and was able to install the beta on my watch 7 ultra, but for some reason when I am connected to my Watch 7 and select either Download from Galaxy Store or the software update option, I get the error message "Connect your watch to your phone, then try again.", even though my watch IS connected to my phone.
The watch says its running One UI Version 6.0 watch.
It seems that there is a confliction with your beta registration status, since you have 2 watches.
Watch Ultra Beta has been completed in Jul 22nd, in which your Samsung Account is currently enrolled to.
Please provide us your Watch7 (Not Ultra) Bluetooth address via private message, along with Samsung Account and we will be happy to further assist you with the issue.
