So the Samsung wearable app had an update and now my galaxy active 2 will not connect with it. It says that my software version is incompatible and to check for an update. I've tried removing the wearable app and still nothing. I've checked to see if there was a beta update but there isn't any. Anyone else having this issue?

QuestionsHello,
Please try steps below to see if it helps.
- Turn off Bluetooth
- Go to settings > apps > Click on arrow next "Your apps" > Select show system apps and press ok
- Go to Bluetooth app > storage and clear data and cache.
- Turn on Bluetooth
Please note this will remove your existing devices and may need pairing them back.

Thanks I got it working... Had to delete the wearable app and reset my watch but it finally paired again thanks!
