You no doubt have an LTE watch. This is SOP for Samsung as they have historically updated LTE watches last, supposedly via carriers. Hopefully, our fellow LTE'ers will see the update this week at some point.

QuestionsIt's not surprising. The EU has different regulations governing tech products, and who does what. Just ask Apple.
On this side of the pond the carriers (for Samsung LTE products at least) have the honor, at least initially.
