3rd Generation SmartThings Hub Availability

I called Samsung in February and they told me that the 3rd Gen SmartThings Hub should be available for sale by end of March. I'm still watching for it and can't find it for sale. Does anyone know when it will be available, and where?

They are now sold under the Aeotec brand. Thesmartesthouse.com has them.
