3rd party apps caused issue with volume when connected to external device

Let me start by saying that I love Samsung. Its in every room of my house. It  seems that Samsung likes to pre-download a lot of 3rd party apps to their phones. I don't know if there is some agreement with the app companies and that's why? It can be a problem though. I just got a New phone for my husband who only uses email and Spotify, aside of the phone/text itself. When he connected to external audio to listen to Spotify, the volume was so low no matter what we did. I searched the forum and found several posts about the same problem with newer models, and you have people regretting buying a very expensive Samsung phone. The long and short of the problem was one or more of the 3rd party apps interfering somehow. We deleted ALL of the apps and tried again and volume is now great. Loud as we want.

Samsung, please take note. These are only community posts here. How many people don't bother and just decide to trade it back for a different phone/brand? My husband sure wanted to. My suggestion is, let people pick their own 3rd party apps. Not all of your phones are working properly with them.  So fix that or stop loading all of these unnecessary apps on your phones.
