I ended up having to factory reset my A16 5G due to login issues and slow performance and after I got it back up and running the AR zone app ended up missing after the factory reset so I tried to find it on the Galaxy Store but it's not showing up in search results so now I've lost my AR zone on my phone I use it to make custom photos on Facebook

AR Zone (Galaxy Avatar) is not available as a separate app in the "Galaxy Store" because it's features (some now seperate apps) are integrated directly into the Camera app on many Samsung devices.
You can access Galaxy Avatar features by going into device settings > Advanced features > Galaxy Avatar.

Having to perform a factory reset is the reason the "AR Zone" app is no longer available on your device due to rebranding.
AR Zone was renamed to Galaxy Avatar.
AR Emoji Editor became Avatar Editor.

Standalone Apps:

Features like AR Doodle, and Deco Pic were separated from AR Zone and are now available as individual apps that can be downloaded from the Galaxy Store.

I was under the impression that the AR zone had been eliminated and renamed Galaxy Avatar as of OneUI 7.0.  It appears as a hidden app in the apps screen - you have to search for it.  Or, you can open your settings, go to advanced features and scroll down to Galaxy Avatar.
