Bixby Vision Not Working

I purchased my Galaxy Note8 for $406 off of Amazon back in January of this year. I opened Bixby Vision about a month or two ago and it asked me if I wanted to update it. I agreed, but it then brought me to Galaxy Apps where there was no option to update. I went back on Bixby Vision and I pressed 'cancel' when it asked me to update it and it just kicked me out. I have OneUI and it still isn't working.

Have you tried wiping the cache partition on your device? Also, Try testing your device in safe mode to see if the same symptoms still occur.

Thank you! I'll try that, but I keep clearing the cache. I'll try safe mode now.

My Note 9 was doing this but a software update fixed the issue. May be a bug...
