Bixby Voice Password not Recognized

Hi. I have a persisting issue with Bixby. It's great, but every time I try to open the phone using the voice password it says it's "not Recognized. My voice password is literally just the word "Open," and it tells me that it doesn't recognize it after every attempt. I say it the EXACTLY the way I set it up, I say it slow, I say it loud, and it still tells me it's not Recognized, then defaults to pin. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone know whats wrong?

I did these steps and now bixby is working like before, customer support gave me the follow steps. 

 

Perform clear cache on Bixby apps (Bixby voice, Bixby
home, Bixby vision, Reminder)
Here are the steps to perform clear cache:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on Apps under Settings
3. Select Bixby voice
4. Select Storage and tap on Clear Cache.
After performing the above steps, restart the phone.

 
Please remove and re-add the Samsung account configured
on the phone, removing and re-adding the Samsung
account will log in to Bixby automatically.
Please try to remove the Samsung account on the phone
Here are the steps
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on Cloud and Accounts
3. Select Samsung account.
4. Tap on Samsung account and Select Remove account
Here are the steps to add Samsung account
1. Go to settings.
2. Tap on Cloud and Accounts
3. Tap on Samsung account and add the account
4. Once Samsung Account is added, run Bixby again and it will log you in automatically.

 

Follow the below steps to reset the voice password
1. Go to Bixby home
2. Go to settings.
3. Tap on "Unlock with voice password".
4. Tap on "Change voice password".

I'm having the same problem,  Bixby understands all commands when the phone is unlocked but every time I try to unlock it Bixby says "I didn't recognize that".

I tried several different words and all the same, when I set it up the password is shown correctly but then it's not recognized

Im also having the same problem. I noticed it yesterday when i tried to unlock my phone using bixby voice. Today, i tried it again too many times and even deleted my voice password and configure it but still getting the same result. Bixby can understand my commands, custom chat and even the q & a without any problems

Well i am hoping that anyone from samsung support read this and hopefully they will give us some feedback. We bought one of the expensive handset at the moment and we need some answers or resolution for this. Especially that the problem is with one of their program/application
