I've looked at my security settings and I have tested having everything turned on every Bixby app And it still says it is unable to do screen captures due to a security setting. What security setting is it talking about?

I am trying to take a screenshot because my outlook complains that I'm not logged into my mail account but doesn't seem to have a button that actually says log in after I put in my password and Samsung won't help me without screen shots.

I don't use Bixby in fact Samsung ought to just retire that thing but there should be when you pull down your screen a screenshot button, so that when you're looking at a screen all you have to do is pull down the menu from the top a little bit and hit the screenshot button. My A14 and S23 also have a take screenshot button on it as well so I don't know how old or what model

It is possible that the security setting preventing you from taking a screen capture is related to Digital Rights Management (DRM). Some apps and content providers use DRM to prevent users from capturing screenshots or recording videos of their content. If an app or content provider has implemented DRM, it may prevent you from taking screenshots within the app or when viewing DRM-protected content.

Another possibility is that your device may have a security feature called Secure Folder enabled. Secure Folder is a feature on Samsung devices that creates a separate, secure space on your device to store apps, files, and other data. If you have enabled Secure Folder and are trying to take a screenshot of content within the folder, you may encounter an error message indicating that screen capture is not allowed.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try disabling Secure Folder temporarily and attempting to take a screenshot again. If the issue persists, you may need to contact Samsung support or the app/content provider for further assistance.
