I am Galaxy note 20 ultra smartphone user.
I have been comparing the built-in weather app with third party apps.

I found out that the built-in weather app is not showing different temperatures on US region from other apps (about 3~8 degree celcius variability).

I have been deleting catches and app data several times in hoping that the error will be fixed.

However, it did not change the result at all....

I think the problem is not on app, but on weather data itself.

Can you please fix this issue by checking and adjusting the weather data in US region (New York, California, Chicago, etc.) ?

If you want to, I would recommend an app called AccuWeather. It gives accurate weather more thann96.5% of the time

I prefer to use fareinheight rather than Celsius. Make sure auto update in the weather settings is set to hourly. It should automatically be set for every 3 hours. Allow location access for the weather app you are using ad well to get the most accurate weather
