I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my camera and face recognition to acknowledge or turn on....will not show prior pics or take one..sent in the errors to Samsung. Said it got froze abruptly and app isn't detecting. Can not for the love of this phone get my camera working.
It got we on a ride at a fair.. volume, camera, flashlight didn't work. Volume came back on, flashlight works when wants to. It sometimes says app is using flashlight and won't let me turn it on or off
