My camera shutter sound has suddenly disappeared. It's still set to make the sound in settings, but not it just makes a weird booking sound instead of sounding like the traditional camera shutter sound. I can't find a place to select what the shutter sounds like. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Toggle System Sounds: If the phone is set to silent or vibrate, the shutter sound will not play.

Enable in Camera Settings: Open the camera app, tap the Settings gear icon in the top-left, and toggle Shutter sound on.

Adjust System Volume: Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume and ensure the System slider is turned up.

Reset Camera Settings: Inside the camera app settings, tap on Reset settings.

Restart Device: Perform a restart on your Galaxy A52 to resolve potential software glitches.

There's only one shutter sound. It cannot be customized. Try clearing cache & data for the camera app. If you have customized settings, you may need to redo them.

Thanks. I just restarted my phone and that seems to have fixed it. Guess I should have tried that first. 😊
