I can't seem to stay logged into my Account with Samsung Internet browser on my S21 Ultra. I can't log into my Account using my phone. It says I'm using an old version of the Samsung Account app. How would I go about updating my Samsung apps when Galaxy Store says my apps are all up to date?

It says to update your Samsung account, not your Samsung app. Perhaps try logging into your Samsung account and updating anything that it needs you to update (for example, it may ask you if you tried logging in with a different device).

You are correct she needs to Update her Samsung account, it seems that some information is not correct so she keeps receiving this error message
