Can't log into the SmartThings app via my Google Pixel 9 pro phone

Issue 1) I can't log into the smart things app via my Google Pixel 9 pro xl. It just freezes up on me. What gives..? 

Which kind of leads into...

Issue 2) I've been trying to register my 990f soundbar but every time I try to enter the serial number, the website freezes on me. Is this a normal issue?

Smart Things is a Samsung app, not a Google app, so I do not believe it works on a Pixel.

It will. It works in any android phone. I use it on my Pixel and OnePlus 15

Ok. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Cleared the cache of the browser you are using to access the website? Tried a different browser?
