Let's see if this web-based support site works, as Members app seems to not want to let me post. Ever.
Hey Samsung, your Members app is frustrating, as a few times I have tried to post questions or comments in the app and all I have received is your attempt at humor message of, "Humans are working behind the curtain to fix this." This went on for weeks and I could post nothing. This was incredibly frustrating when I needed actual tech support from the community. So, if you want us to participate on these things, then put some priority in making them function.
If this actually works, then I'll post my questions via the website.
@CDChristian Thank you for reaching out. We have this issue escalated to the Samsung Members team. My only recommendation would be to continue to access the Community through the web browser.
