Can't redeem Samsung Points for cash?

For weeks now, the Samsung Pay app has been showing that there's a limited time left to read emy Samsung Points for Cash with their SoFi partnership, yet everytime I try to redeem the offer it just brings me to a blank page. Does anyone else have this issue?
