Can't send or recieve MMS on messages

I used to be able to send and recieve MMS on messages but not its not letting me. I went through settings but can't see anything wrong.

Have you attempted restarting your device? This can occur for me as well on any device if I haven't restarted it every once and awhile.

Also check to see if any messaging on wifi is enabled and disable it if so.

I restarted, I reset back to defaults. And did a complete factory reset and reloaded everything. I'll try the wifi thing. I don't have wifi so it shouldn't be on.

Gotcha. Well my last bet would be to ensure everything is up to date and if that doesnt work to try a different text messaging app. I prefer to use signal as my default messaging for texts and I haven't had issues where on previous devices the Samsung default seems to have its quirks.
