Hello can someone help me... I open up my emails and I don't see any images? Usually it has a button on the right hand side that says show images but lately it doesn't have it... please advise?
I am very sorry to hear of you not having that option to show images on emails, and can understand the inconvenience and annoyance. The Samsung Email application has a new update that rectifies this. On the older version, you would have to toggle a switch to view all images on every email. The update puts it back to asking for each email as it used to.
To update the Samsung Email application, you can do so in either the Google Play Store or the Galaxy Store, by tapping the magnifying glass icon and searching for "Samsung Email", where you will have the option to update it if it is available.
Apparently they removed it on the last security update. Loads of negative comments in the Google store about the app because of this change and the change that no longer asks you to confirm a email deletion. I too am hating this app now due to the "no images" change. I have not seen any response from Samsung to all of those bad reviews yet so no clue of they're going to fix it or when.
Well I went in to email settings and found a fix to it. It's under show images in email. But yes it happened ever since the update and also my lock screen is diffrent. Ugh I hate these crazy updates.
