Cannot Login to Samsung Account due to two-factor authentication

I am using another Samsung phone as my previous phone has died with black screen of death. Now its not even turning on, not vibrating or not even showing a LED flashing. My sim which is registered with the authentication has expired and there is no way to receive SMS and it has been a year since I have changed the country. Due to this I cannot use either of the method to go through the two-factor authentication. I have tried resetting the phone number by using the phone IMEI and Serial Number but it comes as incorrect details.

You will need to contact support and give them your credentials and they will be able to disable authentication. I believe it takes 24 hours

how do I contact Samsung support? I live outside USA.

The closest country with support is India. But cannot call their hotline: 

1-800-5-726-7864 (1-800-5-SAMSUNG) or even 
1-800-40-726-7864 (1-800-40-SAMSUNG)

Since this is the United States forums, there is no way for Samsung to connect to your account. You would need to contact the international support
