Ever wonder why you never see availability for ONE UI betas or any other for that matter? Your device is probably locked out of opportunities to access these manufacturer programs. Weather you have a fully paid off or in full device or not, it's probably locked down by your carrier. Checking your devices model number will usually tell you if you are being restricted from Samsung features and open betas. Simply go to Settings / About Phone & under Status, check if your Model has a "U" or "U1" behind it. If you're seeing something like "SM-....U" you are locked and not going to be able to join any Samsung beta program's. If you see "U1", you'll have access to them. This is a disgustingly upsetting thing carrier's do to restrict us. We paid a premium for our SAMSUNG devices, NOT FOR A VERIZON, AT&T, T-MOBILE, SPRINT or any other service providers phone. Including it's OS and UI. As free consumers, bound by (or not) contracts from carrier's, we should be able to opt out of the restrictions they put on hardware bound, manufacturer services. Including the participation of the beta program's they offer to make systems better for us, the end user! Voice support for the END OF CARRIER lock downs and let us, the paying consumer decide what we can or cannot do with OUR PHONES.

Buy from Samsung and get unlocked. I got beta on Verizon but only because my phone was brought unlocked

Seriously, your phone should be a U1 phone then if Betas are that important to you.

If you buy from a carrier, you get carrier firmware and restrictions.  Contracts are contracts and binding on the signers.  You may have bought a Samsung phone, but you bought a carrier edition.  Even on unlocked phones some carriers (Verizon, most notably), restrict access to certain Samsung features.  If you object to these restrictions on your FACTORY UNLOCKED device, choose a different carrier.  Carriers have the right to restrict certain activities over their networks, whether you agree with those restrictions or not.

You always can flash Carrier free Firmware to your device whether it's paid off or not
