1. Please try to search the community for possible solutions and tutorials prior to posting a new post about the same issues.

2. Please read the possible solutions to see if they fix your issues prior to complaining about your issues.

3. Be courteous to the members, we are not Samsung Developers. Try not to shout (ALL CAPS!!!) and/or using harsh language. Above all don't insult one another.

4. When posting your issues, please give as much detail as possible so other members understand your issues and can offer the right help for your situation.

A noble effort, but most of the people want to come on board and just post their question/rant/discontent without having to read anything or search anything.  Heck, even if they did find a post on their issue WITH THE SOLUTION POSTED, they will still add their question without even clarifying that a) they read the solution, b) tried it, c) it didn't work.  Heaven forbid they should even read any of the articles posted on the entry page.  

 

I think it's because they are used to social media, where they just post their thoughts and see who replies.
