I have never seen a company have so little information regarding their products. I've recently purchased a stove, a phone, and a lot more over $3,000 and I can't get answers about my products with waiting on the phone or chat for hours only to NOT get an answer. FAQ is a joke. And, the manuals usually aren't much help either. You would think a company this big wouldn't frustrate customers so much. I won't be buying anything else.
