I've got my damaged S9+ viewable on my W7Prp64 PC. I can see folders data, DCIM and about 26 others. What would be the method to backup all the stuff on my phone b4 I take it to the Verison/Samsung store for replacement? I did a standard copy/paste of all the folders (50Gb) as a security measure, but what else can I do? Or should do? Phone got lost when on roof of car and got run over by traffic. It still charges and connect to PC but no screen. I looked at Smart Switch but that app looks as if I need to be able to interface with the phone screen. Anyone saavy on this?
